LATEST NEWS / UPDATES

5th June 2004

SITE...

*Signed people's guestbooks

*Looked at other sites for ideas

*Starting updating my site; adding, deleting and updating pages, adding pictures, updated 'Title Page'

SIKMA...

*Car has been off the road for the last two weeks due to a blown gearbox

*Got the new 2.6 GK GSR Jap 5 speed gearbox in yesterday!

*Haven't tested it out yet as I have a flat tyre

29th September 2004

SITE...

*Finally got my own computer, so plenty more updates and i can finally finish off my site!

*About to update my site as we speak

SIKMA...

*Gearbox was fixed and so was the flat tyre

*Car went wild for 4 days before i blew the diff, too much thrashing!

*Car has been resting under a carport with a car-cover over it to save the paint, etc.

*Looking at getting it back on the road very very soon!!!

*Made the site easier to use, by being able to click on any page at the 'Title'

*Made it easier to vote, can now vote for SIKMA on any page

2nd October 2004

SITE...

*Pretty much finished the site for now!

*Still got a few pics to add and change, but can't really be bothered for now

SIKMA...

*Car is finally going again!!!

*Got a new diff put in, just another second hand one from the wreckers. But i have gone from having 3:42 diff gears to 3:70. So some quicker 1/4 mile times should be coming soon :) Just hope it last long enough.

*I had a custom aluminium 'BTR' radiator made up. Looks awesome and runs alot cooler. As it was alot bigger the old clutch fan had to be replaced with a 13" 'Davies Craig' thermo fan.

*I got alot of bits polished / chromed in the engone bay, and theres still plenty more stuff i want to get done aswell.

*So far all is well with the car itself. Blows a bit of smoke on idle as the turbo seal is a bit stuffed. So a bigger turbo maybe coming shortly!

SITE...

*Just been signing a few guestbooks here and there. Trying to rack up a few votes and get back to Number 1 Sigma!

*About to add a heap of pics of SIKMA on a new page from a recent car show in SA called 'Small Car Sunday'.

*More pics of the boot in the 'STEREO' page.

*Plenty of new pics of the engine bay in the 'ENGINE' page.

*Theres a couple more pics in the 'EXRERIOR' page aswell.

*Hope you like what I have done and don't forget to sign the guestbook and tell me what you think

*Make sure you vote for me :)

SIKMA...

*Car still isnt on the road running propery. Had it going for a bit but under load and boost at about 3,000pm the car will try and stall!?!

*Also I drained my battery afew times too many after not driving the car for a bit, so a new heavy duty battery will be coming very soon!

*I spoke to my mechanic so the car should be heading down there very soon and hopefully be fixed and running!

*I purchased a Sigma Turbo dizzy over the net a few weeks ago and now i will be able to have my timing more advanced due to the new dizzy having boost retard as an option! So a bit more power should be found!

SITE...

*I lost my number 1 spot which i held for a good 3 months :(

*I havent been on here for a few months so i thought it was time to do a bit of an update and get back my spot.

*Signed a few guestbooks over the past few weeks, also changed a few small things on the site.

*As soon as i get my car going again, there will be plenty more pics!!!

SIKMA...

*More bad news :( SIKMA went to the doctors (mechanics) the other day to get a check-up as it was cutting out pretty bad under load. Ended up being a blown head gasket!

*Mite be time for a bit of head work and chase some more kws. Should be back in a few months, hopefully!

SITE...

*Just added a few pics to Page 9 that I found on a mitsi site... www.sigma-galant.com
These were taken way back last year on an 'Ol Skool Mitsi Cruise' took place here in SA!

*Going to look around and sign some guestbooks.

*Going to add some more new engine shots to the 'Engine Page' shortly.

*Got my number #1 spot back, so hopefully I stay there!!!

*Thanks for taking the time to read my updates. Next updates shold be alot better, with more pics and more info about SIKMA.

*Make sure you keep voting and get SIKMA up the ladder ;)

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this site. I'm loving the community here, so I want to contribute to everyone this article I read that really changed my life financially. Last week I got a check for $900! Really, no joke, I thought I couldn't do it myself, but I did. And it really helped me out my family financially because i'm a stay at home mom. But here's the article I read: http://www.news4show.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html hopefully it works out for you too. Good luck and God bless!

hey there like the car is quite neat for an oldy, was wondering if you chasing more horse power for easy money those 2.6 standed engines are good to run 20psi all day everyday for around 300hp at the treads seen it done with a stock 2.6 running pump fuel in street trim and around 26psi boost just had the carby jetted properly and it was good for 11 secs passes
