Located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, the Original Monte Carlo Association of Tidewater was founded on September 5th, 1997. TOMCAT caters exclusively to the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Membership is open to anyone who displays an appreciation of these full-size Chevrolets, both old and new.
As a club, TOMCAT's purpose is to be dedicated to preservation of the Monte Carlo tradition. The club goals shall be to provide a path for an exchange of information between the members of TOMCAT, relative to the club, or by the community, and to promote a positive, friendly atmosphere and open forum for all members and their families.
