I had this Range Rover classic LWB ?93 for little over a year. It was fitted with Td5 diesel engine from Land Rover discovery ?00 and that was a perfect match :), low consumption and worked wonderful offroad.

Great Ride. I am considering a similar project. Buy Classic RR, bobtail it and swap in a TD5 or a TDV6 engine. Sig any advice on this? What can I expect. What should I look out for? Anybodyelse out there how has ever done a similar thing? I love Classic RRs. They are tough unlike the current RR!

Wow I didn't know they made the LWB's with a TD5 I have a good ol' gas chugging V8 petrol....
