These are the most recent pics of my 03 Eclipse. 10 more payments to go on this bad boy then I will do some modding. Right now the only things Ive done to it is Switch out the stock HU and replaced with a Panasonic CQ-C8300U (excellent HU for the cost). Ive installed a 4 guage dual amp kit from KnuKonceptz. The speakers are still stock but they are now powered by an Avionixx AXA400.2. The other amp is a Tsunami dB1100.1 and its currently powering a pair of 10" Incriminator Audio 187's.
I sold my old 17" rims and am now using 18" Enkei rims wrapped in GoodYear rubber.
This is what the car looked like last year, my 6yr old boy was into the fast and furious movies so I bought a decal for the hood and front and rear windshields.
Here are sold old pics from back in 2002 when I bought the car and didnt know squat about car audio and looked for gear that cool versus gear that was worth the money.
The car comes standard with an Infinity system. The CD player was very plain so I replaced with the new Boss AVA2855R and the standard hand sized infinity amp didnt cut so I replaced it with a 400 watt 4ch Calafornia Series amp. And for the subs I put in a 1200 watt Power Acoustik Area 51 2 ch amp.
A pair of 600 watt Visonik subs that I got a great price. They have high SPL but low SQ. They are in individual sealed enclosures.
Here are some picks of the 96 GMC Yukon I just picked up at a good price. Sort of need something like that now that the kids are growing.
