The Red Riv went for her pre-winter hibernation checkup today.
she was a little nervous and stopped to window shop for some new shoes before going in.
The waiting room was a little crowded, but the reading material was interesting.

Dr Steve checked her over under the hood
everything was fine here just a couple little snifles,you can expect that after not be out for so long.
Up on the hoist you go.

all nice and clear, I see you have a new mufflers - not really ones been there a while the other is old but just got put on last week.
now cough
all nice and tight under here
rear end is looking good
frame and floor are as good as almost new.
inside fenders are fantastic
and just look at that back side, some nice tail lights.
overall prognosis, take 5 litres of fresh oil a new filter, stay warm and dry - avoid salt and have a good steam bath in the spring and then see the cosmetic surgeon.
Good advise, of course the first thing the Red Riv did was
to head for Timmies and then roam around the big city christmas shopping for the day. She has plans to visit some vets this sunday and goto to the Bridgetown Remembrance Day Parade before bedding down for winter (as long as the snow and salt stay away)
