I just got the Jeep over the summer(2006). It has a 4.0L out of a 93 Wrangler a very poor 2.5" lift with 31" tires. So far I have replaced the radio and carpet, added some seat covers, a sound bar overhead and a Tuffy Security Box in the back.  While replacing the carpet I found some floor pan rust.

I also replaced the stock soft top with a new Best Top SunRider.

I have somehow suckered my friend Tim from work to help me with the teardown and rebuild of my project.   Tim lived in Elmira, NY and in his spare time helped his dad at the body shop( over the past year and a half Tim has spent countless nights and weekends at my house turning wrenches and sanding the frame and body work.  Without Tims help I would have never been able to complete the project as quickly as we did.)  My girlfriend Allison also helped out during the rebuild.  She had to deal with a lot of "I'm going home early on Sunday so that I can work on the jeep".

Nice Jeep. I have a CJ that I have been building up for the past 4 years. Nothing beats a well built JEEP! If you get a chance,..check it out and let me know what you think. Keep up the good work and have fun!
