hey man, i love the GIAC chip, now that i have it i will never go with any other brand accept maybe APR, but the GIAC is more aggressive than the APR. I dont regret spending the 600 dollars one bit, its definitly worth it once you get it broken in! you can really feel the turbo kick and its just alot faster low and high end. second gear pulls the hardest of all gears but at high gears it gets up to 100-110 alllot faster than it did stock. and after the chip i think you should get the 99-01 tail lights and smoke them about half way, not completly black, then get one-piece headlights with HID xenon conversion, then lower it and debadge it and you will be good to go!

Nice A4...i don't know about those tail lights??? keep it up, u should check mine out sometime
