here are the pics of the fiberglass project i am currently working on. the first few are the of the temp box i threw in just to have some sound.

the car is deserving of more, so here is the build up to date.
supplies
frames (the outer edges received another round of sanding after these pics to really make the edges smooth and rounded. see the pic with the ring mouonted in the frame)
ring work. pilot holes were drilled into the back to hold the dowels, which were then hotglued into the rings. gobs of glue and a few brad nails later and everything was in place and ready to be wrapped.
