I got the car in late 1998 after I had to leave the POS Hyndai Scoupe, which I had for only a few months, along side the road In Ft. Polk, LA... lol. The Sunfire wasn't a bad car. I only had a choice between this (which came fully loaded and had 60K on it) or a '97 Ford Escort w/ NO options and low miles..

Made the trip fully loaded from Ft. Polk to Ft. Benning, GA, but w/in a year or so, I had to drop a rebuilt engine in her due to the previous owner not taking care of it. After that, the car ran like a dream again. She made the move from Ft. Benning to Ft. Steswart, GA where I finally traded her in for the Grand Am that I have now in December 2004.

Unfortunately, I don't have ANY pics of it. There were no mods done to it, even though I had been looking at doing some after I had paid her off. Kinda hard to find a decent body kit for the sedan version. I was looking at the ones for the Caviliers though, checking the dimensions to see if I could get one to fit. Everything seemed to be for the Sunfire coupes though.

The car got smacked up a couple of times. One where an LMTV backed into it and the other in which I was driving and some idiot didn't stop behind me. Oh well.

Here's just a general pic of one...
