This is not your ordinary lumina Z34. This car started out as being a daily driver but it did not turn out that way. In 04 I bought the car from a "BUY HERE PAY HERE" place. It was in the back of the lot just sitting there. The paint was literally falling off, the tires were flat and the transmission was dead. I though, man this is an awesome car, just needs some lovin. So I bought the car for $650. It was a 94 lumina Z34, one of 3400. I could not go wrong. So I bought the car and tore it apart. There were bugs, roaches, ants, pretty much if you can think of it, it was in the car. So I started to clean it up. Well after about 3 months of driving the car I was going home from school one day and was just crusing along. I accidently pushed the car into N and it was on cruise. The RPM went to 7k for about 15 seconds and it was knocking bad. So I had a spare rebuilt 95 motor in my garage. I through it in. Well my motor was just sitting there doing nothing. So I started to take it apart. I did not spare a dime. I did hyperutectic pistons, .20 over, APR rod bolts, Clevite 77 bearings, sealed power rings, cashing flash removed, lightweight lifters, etc. It was a mild rebuild. So then I decided thats not enough. I talked to my buddy TIMG, and he helped me out wiht the whole thing. I got the new motor in the car and brought it to CFT ( Central Florida Turbo). The did all my piping from the intercooler to the turbo crossover piping. It was ready. I got the car home and after a couple months noticed that the FMU was killing my Walbro fule pumps ever couple weeks at $150 a pop. So I went OBD II, thanks to KEN (CrazyK). The car ran awesome with the tune from REDZMONTE AKA Shane. I was hooked up. Well after a couple months of driving the car I noticed that there was something missing. I looked down and it was there. I had and AUTO. So I found a 5 speed swap kit on the forum. I bought it. Its on its way. I do have other plans for the car but for right now, its 5 speed swap, tires, paint and KONI suspension.
