Estou trabalhando na elaboração e montagem do som somente nas horas livres (que são bem poucas). Está indo lentamente mas vai ficar muito bom!

Houve bastante trabalho para passar os cabos RCA por debaixo dos acabamentos laterais. Os fios de alimentação virão pela lateral esquerda do carro e os cabos de áudio pela lateral direita. Mas ainda vou alterar o corte de frequência dos falantes traseiros para ganharem mais "presença". Os tweeters que instalei na traseira não correm o mesmo risco dos que queimaram, além de aplicar menos potência que nos dianteiros eu instalei os traseiros com crossovers da Bravox, dos meus antigos Neo-25. Para quem quiser instalar um bom tweeter em seu Ibiza por não tê-lo ou por ter queimado, a escolha do tweeter do Vectra/Novo Corsa foi excelente. Serviu perfeitamente no "nicho" do tweeter original do Ibiza. Quase que não precisa da cola quente, ele se encaixa perfeitamente sem apresentar folga e se tivesse um pouquinho de pressão nem precisaria da cola. Depois de muito pensar achei que teria que fazer pelo menos 2 pequenos furos nas portas para fixar os croosovers. Estudando mais um pouco o espaço dentro das portas notei que é possível colocar o croosver apoiado por fitas dupla-face (marca 3M, a melhor que existe) no baffle do alto-falante. Como sempre, estou sem tempo de continuar com o projeto do som. Depois de muito tempo consegui terminar o "tampão do porta-malas. Feito em madeira MDF, tem um duto por onde as "batidas" do subwoofer passam sem restrição. E ficou bom, passa bastante "ar" por ele!! Na foto abaixo é possível ver a caixa selada que estou usando atualmente no som. O projeto é moldar uma nova caixa fixa ao encosto do banco traseiro, feita em madeira MDF e fibra de vidro. A decisão já foi tomada, se é pra fazer, tem que melhorar! O "sub" da nova caixa será de 12" ... Já acho que o de 10" não tem aquela "patada". Bem, tempos atrás fiz uma enquete aqui sobre se deveria, ou não, trocar o meu cd-player Rockford Fosgate (que já estava ultrapassado) por outro de uma marca menos famosa (na época eu pensei na marca H-Buster, modelo HBD-7100, com destaque para o leitor de SD Card e entrada USB) e a resposta da votação foi para que não trocasse o aparelho. A voz do povo é a voz de Deus! Porém o cd-player vinha apresentando algumas falhas de funcionamento (como mal-contato no display) e agora não mais lê o cd, só funciona o rádio AM/FM. O substituto do "RF" será um Pioneer DEH-3UB que é bonito, apresenta iluminação vermelha e verde (selecionável) e muitos recursos de áudio. Já fiz a compra on-line, em breve deverá estar chegando... Finalmente, depois de uma absoluta falta de tempo pra mexer na caixa do subwoofer, já que sempre quis que ela fosse embutida na lateral do carro poupando espaço para bagagem... continuo sem tempo !! Resolvi deixar o trabalho nas mãos de profissionais, desta vez. Minha idéia inicial era que fosse confeccionada em fibra de vidro, mas todos lá foram contra e a caixa foi moldada em MDF e massa plástica para não apresentar distorções sonoras, algo comum em caixas seladas de fibra. Aproveitei e dei um "up" no sub, troquei-o por um de bobina-dupla pra melhorar a qualidade da "bomba de ar". O trampo foi executado pelo pessoal da AutoSpeed, em Ribeirão Preto. (http://www.autospeedsound.com.br ).
