12/14/04 I rolled my car. It is totaled. The following pages are now a dedication to my love for this car and all the time and money i spent on it. I will no longer be updating this page.
I had a very trumatic day today. Everything was going fine. I went up
to Arby's for lunch and on my way back i decided to go back to the mall. So
i took the i-85 north ramp so i could loop around back to ga20. Well, about
200ft in i reached for my phone on the floor and i failed to notice that i
was going toward the outside of the turn. When i realized the my left tires
were in the gravel on the shoulder i pulled the wheel back and the car
started to rotate and i felt my back wheels go off the road. I looked to my
left and saw the rock wall coming toward me. I did what i always told myself
i should do and just closed my eyes and relaxed. I dont remember hitting the
wall. When i came to, there was a strange sensation in my head..and my body.
I was upsidedown. Appearantly i caught the wall just right and it flipped
me, i dont know how many times. I stayed suspended in the car until the EMT
got there about 15min after it happened, which felt like only a minute and
an eternity at the same time. I was pinned in the car. Luckily they got me
out without cutting the car. I ws helped to a waiting ambulance and checked
over. A higher power was watching over me, i walked away with not even a
scratch on me, though i am sore. I owe my life to my racing harness and my
rollbar....2 things i never wanted to put to use. Sorry for the long
story.... im still kinda in shock. Tomorrow i get to deal with insurance
companies..yay. I'm already looking at another car.. a blue one this time.
I'm gonna call and see if its still for sale.

These first 2 are the newist and best i have got. Full sound and great quality. Not to mention i have gotten much more skilled since the other ones.ENJOY!
Gymkahana style parking lot drifting.. major tire toasting action! Pretty risky too.
Nice big, fast Manji (side to side) drifts followed by inertia drifts.. lots 'o smoke here.

Thanks to Mainstream Performance (www.mainstreamperformance.com for helping with the install of the supercharger and fabrication of the intercooler piping (which does not go under the rediator). Its a simple setup runnign 5-6 psi for now. The intercooler does help very much in the observations that i have made so far.
I was invited to the NOPI Nationals 2004 show to participate in the NOPI Drift Showoff. Here are a few snapshots from NOPI's own website.
**U.S. Drift Nationals WINNER**
On Aug. 28/04 I competed in my first drift event at Lowes MotorSpeedway in N.C.. Out of 20-25 cars in the competition, I was very satisfied i made the Super 8. I had no idea that I would be the winning driver of the event. My prize pack included :
$500
New set of Cooper Zion tires in any size
New set of BBS wheels up to 17"
Plaque
Checkered flag used for the event.
I am really happy.. can you tell.In the process, i also picked up my first sponsor, BatlGround Engineering. They are a performance shop in Atlanta Ga that specializes in making cars really fast. The shop drag Supra is a 8sec 1/4 mi car if that says anything. I will be representing them with my car and driving their 240SX in upcoming events. Here are the pics from 8/28/04...
Got some new rims... as of 5/20/04.
I was going to get some new tires. I decided to visit one of my favorite places and saw these rim and had to get them. 16x7 w/205/45/16 Bridgestone Fuzion tires. Hopefully there will be very few sets of these rims available to keep the uniqueness value.
Here are my other new toys...
I got to finally taking pics of the new lightweight shoes i won. They are BBS RG-F 15x7 with a +42 , 10.2lbs each and are forged... i am awaiting tires for them from Cooper... want 225/50/15s.. i might be drifting on them for the SFS....
Note the trick valve stems... 3-piece.
What do you guys think of the BBS sticker i put on the lip?? Should i put it on all them??
