Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

Replaced black 3rd generation 5-spoke wheels with 15" American Racing Stic 5's. Worked for a couple of years until...Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

New 17" Centerline Retro wheels, 8" wd. fronts & 9.5" rear. Sumitomo HTRZ II tires,245 fronts & 275 rear. Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

Couldn't stand the 70's high-front stance, so I took the torch to the front springs (I'm so ashamed!).  Eventually replaced with Tru-coil 600# springs & QA1 adjustable shocks.

'92 Goodwrench 350 4-bolt crate engine (gotta clean that sucka up!), Comp cam, Edelbrock Performer intake & 600 cfm carb, no-name rusty ugly headers, Flowmaster dual exhaust. Turbo 350 transmission, B&M shift kit, B&M Quicksilver shifter. 10-bolt posi rear end, 3:73 gears. Repaired/replaced power windows & locks, white face gauge decals (very cool for cheap $!!!!), LED dash lights (also very cool!), 2001 BMW 5-series seats (major fabrication to fit Camaro floor!).

Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro Rebuilt front suspension with PST Polygraphite bushings, SC&C upper control arms, boxed lower control arms, new 600# coil springs, QA1 shocks.

B-body front spindle conversion to 12" diameter front rotors. Installed rear disc brakes from a WS6 Trans Am & Edelbrock rear shocks (couldn't wait to toss the crappy air shocks). Installed PST G-Max sway bars 5/16" front, 7/8" rear. Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet Camaro

Toadman2230's 1977 Chevrolet CamaroParts on the shelf for winter projects: Serpentine belt brackets, Auto Zone aluminum radiator, Ford Taurus electric fan, Alston subframe connectors, solid body bushings, pro touring f-body g-braces, May either re-install a/c or completely remove it - depends if I can stand the heat this summer!

Furure projets: Get rid of the SS badges & Camaro script the previous owner installed!!, Rebuild rear suspension, relocate battery to trunk...
