UPDATE:

I received my fiberglass fenders a couple days ago.  Check out the exterior page for more details!

*********************************

I have located a couple oil leaks.  On the back of the block, i think it's at the sandwich plate for the oil filter relocation kit.  The other leak was at the fittings where the oil filter is.  i tightened up the oil filter area better than what it was.  i had to remove the intake manifold yet again to gain access to everything on the back.

I also started tackling the wiring after i got the shop manual.  After some troubleshooting, the main engine harnesses and injector harness weren't getting power.  I took a look at the shop manual, and found a typo (two different wires for two different functions both go to the same plug and pin location according to the book?  uh, no).  Anyways, the power to one of the injectors was flipped around by whoever I got the harness from, so i fixed that.  I did my best at reverse tracing the other power wire from the injector harness and it appears to be ok, so i'm thinking it may be a messed up relay or something, so i'm just going to get new relays and test them out.

The headliner was done in a black suede, and has been picked up.  I was going to install it but noticed the sunroof was leaking and i didn't want to ruin the headliner.  So i have to get that sealed and the headliner will be installed.  The RS seats were put together and installed as well.

I am getting a MOMO steering wheel and hub both for style and to also help complete the black-out interior.

The radiator overflow tank is going to be mounted along the front with a custom bracket.

If you're looking to mod your storm or impulse, just check out RobieTheRobot.com for more info. he sells pistons, coil-overs, strut tower bars, cold air intakes, etc.  Also, check out Monstorm (also has an isuzu impulse) for OEM fiberglassed fenders!  He already has molds made!  They will not rust and are a lot more durable than OEM.
