Bob's 1995 Mazda Miata with "Leather Package" (same as the "Popular Equipment Package" except for added leather seats)

The following non-factory items were on the car when I purchased it:
* 16x7 Adler Racing AR-05A wheels with 215/40ZR-16 Kuhmo Ecsta
Supra 712 tires (removed and sold)
* R-speed front and rear spoilers
* Mazda 'factory' stripe kit (kit is still available from Raven Wing Performance - see 'Links')

* Mazda wheel splash guards, painted in body color
* Voodoo brushed aluminum parking brake handle
* White gauge faces

* Crazy Red Italian air horn
* Fog Lights (removed)
* Wireless remote trunk opener (removed) and lift kit
* Magnecor spark plug wires
* Hawk HPS brake pads
* Aftermarket performance clutch
The previous owners focused primarily on appearance and accessories. My goals are to expand and refine its handling capabilities and to enhance occupant safety - while preserving the unique 'Miata' character.
I have added the following items since purchase:
* R-pkg shocks/springs
* Fat Cat Motorsports (FCM) 54mm progressive bump stops
* FCM black shock boots

* OEM 14x6 'semi-hollow spoke' 7-spoke wheels with 195/60HR-14
Falken Azenis RT-615 tires
* Voodoo polished aluminum shift knob
* Black leather 'stitch on' steering wheel cover
* Optima Group 35 Red Top battery (see pg 3)
* Hard Dog Hard Core roll bar with harness bar; rear shelf
carpet trimmed to fit; JEGS black roll bar padding (not shown)

* OEM R-pkg/LE tie rod ends (prevent bump steer induced by R-pkg ride height which is almost 1" lower than before)
* Alignment check and adjustment to approximate Icehawk spec (see Miata.net for Icehawk details)
* NB 22mm FSB/brackets/bushings
* Gearhead's Garage V2.5 end links / upgraded bolts/nuts
* Stock 12mm RSB w/Gearhead's Garage V2.0 end links / upgraded bolts/nuts
"Uninstalled" Gearhead's Garage End Links - Front/Rear

Note the conical spacers, and nuts with the proper 'shoulders' on them; these help distribute the load over the largest area of the sway bar mounting tabs.
Given the relative weakness of the sway bar mounting tabs (especially with larger aftermarket sway bars), this is a nice feature that demonstrates Gearhead's Garage's careful engineering.
When properly installed the links will also eliminate end link binding, which can place additional stress on the sway bar mounting tabs.

I've spent enough on mods for now. It's time to drive!
NOTE: Most of my Miata education came by way of Miata.net -- if you need Miata info, you should look there first!
