I bought this van for $100.00 but I did not think about taking before pics, but I would have to say for $100.00 it was in fair condition with it's original stock green paint. This van sat for two years as I slowly worked on it when I found the time. When I could start to see a change for the better I began finding a lot more time and things came together rather quickly. I think painting her was the most time consuming and a little exspenstive
do to the fact it was a trail and error type job for me and wasted a lot of paint. I found out black is not a very forgiving color and when it comes to color sanding a van you begin to think it will never end. 3 weeks after comleteing the body and paint someone decided to put a bullet hole in the drivers door so I am not done yet with the paint gun.
The interior was a lot less time consuming and not as frustrating as was the body and paint. I keep it pretty simple on the inside just has a very loud sterio system, black light tube above each rear window that looks pretty cool at night from in or outside of the van, flash light holder above drivers door, a bean bag, reversable multi speed roof vent and that's about it.
