I just purchased the car and have yet to make any changes but have began the list and ordered a couple grand of things. I am mostly keeping it real clean and undercover on the outside but am making alot of changes on the inside....keep watching!

THANKS FOR THE COMMENT. YOUR DEVILLE LOOKS GOOD. I WOULD DO SOME NICE CHROME/COLORMATCHED RIMS ON IT. BUT THATS JUST ME. YOU NEED TO CHECK OUT SPOILEDCARS.COM THATS WHERE I GOT MY RIMS FROM.

dont have the car in front of me but i didnt remember any hard to get to bolts, actually taking them off the car was easier to me than pulling off the lenses.

it took me about 1 hour to do them. make sure u use a 3M silicone glue when resealing them cause u dont want any moisture getting your headlights. it should take a few hours 4 the glue to set , so u should be straight if u let them sit overnight.
