The damage...
Both leaf spring bent like so, leaving my pumpkin aimed south, too much strain on the drive shaft.
Rear frame rails bent in as well.
Front frame rails bent slightly, but not a show stopper
Still no engine/radiator damage!
The engine still purrs like a kitten and responds like a lion, the rear end is still rock solid. I have a new drive shaft since I destroyed the u-joint, and a new set of springs to build, but Im debating putting them on this frame. Wish I still had that parts impulse for a transplant! I'm lookin for an impulse body/frame (don't care if it runs or doesn't even have and engine) if anyone can help me out shoot me an email: bradshawger @ shawgnutz.com!!
