My garage queen. 1987 L6 (highline for those of you accross the pond). The leather interior is still in prisitine condition, normally when you find a car with a complete leather interior, it has dried out and warped a bit. This only comes out when the weather is amicable and never stays out too long.
Long live the 6!!

Hey Adam, I'm a Chicago native and just moved to the foothills of Colorado. I'm looking for something to drive other than my SUV that gets 10 miles per gallon when it's nice out. I'm looking at a 1987 L6 with 85k and they're asking 9 grand. The car is really straight and drives virtually perfect, do you think it's a good deal and is there anything in particular with this year and model I might want to keep an eye out for. I've had owned a 1992 5 series and a '03 3 series both of which were solid cars but sucked during Chicago Winters'. Any help or advice would be great. Your car looks perfect by the way! The one I'm looking at is black on black and needs just a few minor things. Thanks, Cary

Strange, but, I was just thinking about selling it. I have not had much time to enjoy it this last year and it just sits in the garage and gets a start-up weekly to keep it running. Everything has a price, I just havent determined a proce for this yet.
