This is couple of pictures of the 4runner I just bought. This is a great vehicle but it needs lots of work. I have already pulled the whole exaust line because of leaks and rust. If you have any good ideas for a muffler let me know. I will post more pictures soon.

You can tell the upper radiator hose is missing that is because I pulled it off to be replaced, The lower one was spraying water out of it so I decided to replace all of them.

Every time I went for a drive, I could smell the exaust in the cab So I decided to take a look at the exaust and here is what I found.

I am currently having problems with replacing the head gasket. When I went to pull the head off I broke one of the bolts. So, I have one end of the head bolt stuck in the block. I guess I am going to have to get the bolt removed by a machine shop. :(

I wouldnt mind having a 4-runner, really reliable but all the locals snatched every single one of them. If it doesnt have a nice paint job on it, then its lifted with 33's or 34's about 12-14" and bounces around when shifting gears... and it has dual exhaust. Great potential and not in bad shape. Oh and sorry to hear about your buddy. that must be real tough.
