I have to say, this car is definitly the car that i regret selling and miss the most. The 1991 Nissan 300zx. I dont know what it was...the styling, the handling, the overall performance and economics of the car...maybe it's just the long nights out in it havin fun and the warm summer cruisin with t-tops off and getting all kinds of looks. Whatever it was, i miss it.

The only thing that i realy had done to this car was the sterio system. Performance and handling wise, it was pretty stock which was impressive enough for me. I stripped the whole interior of this car to do the sterio. Took the factory Bose enclosures and modified them to fit a set of Boston Acoustics 5.5 components in the rear and 6.5 components in the front. I made a custom subwoofer box that was actualy hidden under the rear floor cover and raped around the spare tire, so you couldn't tell i had any sub in the back. All the speakers were component amplified by one Autotek 5ch. 1800 watt RMS, yes RMS, that not peak rating like most amps give on them. Ran the whole system with heavy gauge monster cable for every speaker, and finished it off with the 7995 Alpine head unit. Definitly the nicest sound system i've ever heard in terms of sound quality for under 2000. But with a new car on the horizon and in my eyes i sold the 300. It is now going through a Twin Turbo conversion which is fun to say the least. Can't wait to see it out again and have some fun, who knows, maybe i will buy it back again some day.
