When in the process of trying to sell my Talon, a friend of mine had a nice fast Mustang just sitting in a barn crying for someone to put the new transmission in and drive it. So he made a suggestion of trading, as the Talon needed some work anyways. I figured i would rather work on a V8 that i know my way around on and said yea. So in comes another FORD! into my car line up. I worked on it over the winter and got the transmission and new torque converter in there in no time. While i had the car in the barn and workin on it, i decided mid/high 12's wheren't gonna be quite fast enough and preped the car for a nice 150hp shot of juice.
Got the stanger out on the road a little bit...o what fun...heres some pis of it at home...
...and some of the SFI cert. stuff on the drivetrain...
...and believe it or not, i finaly got a chance to clean it up! Looks pretty good when all the dirt is off of it.
