hey everyone, my names Ross and this is my '96 Mitsubishi 3000GT. i've owned the car about a year now, and during this year i've made as many changes as my limited college-student budget would allow. heres what i've done so far (the car was 100% stock when i bought it):
1)upholstry change on doors (see below)
2)green neons under the driver and passanger dash
3)12 disk JVC CD changer (no CD player came with the stock car)
4)new infinity speakers in doors and back amp
5)new tweeters (stock replacement, not really a mod)
Exterior and engine:
1)clear corner lights from 3SX
3)painted red calipers (came out awesome)
4)platinum front diamond emblem to replace the stock red one
5)GTO spark cover plate, polished aluminum
6)RS-1 racing oil cap, power steering cap (blue)
7)modified short ram intake (supposed to be a cold-air, details of that adventure below)
8)minor engine paint work
1)new serpentine belt
2)die hard battery
6)custom aluminum crank pulley from 3sx, pics up tomorrow
As i said, all very minor, relatively cheap stuff. I have a friend building me a woofer box for the trunk, and JL audio amps and subwoofers in the near future. Also thinking about the new CleanSweep technology (if you know anything about this, let me know). Im taking it in December for restoration painting body work.
Much more to come, as the money avails itself. Any suggestions, please send them this way!
