1991 Ford Escort gt New transmission and new clutch ready to race. Well i decided to go with the T3/T4 that turbo is too nice to put in the back seat.
I'm getting the car ready to be turbo'ed so I put my 12:1 adjustable FMU on last nite. It looks pretty cool. Tonite im putting my 3.5 " lowering springs on and possibly my big a** intercooler. My manifold came in the mail today. I just have to get it welded. My injectors and megasquirt are now ordered and on there way to my office. Im almost ready. :) Oh ya i also got a new 3" exhaust from the down pipe with an aero turbine muffler. It gave me a huge increase on power.
Well here is the story. One nice sunny day on a Sunday this past month my crew and I was cruising in my car. We went to this car meet at pepboys in the evening. Some a** hole decided to call my car out and tell me this scort is a waste and its dumb to bring this car out to race it. Well, when he said this he made the mistake to tell my team mates. Dont think he realized that the people he was talking to was with me. So I got very upset with his comments and went home and got my stuff started and finished in a total of 18 hours with 3 people working on it (some of my crew). I installed my lil turbo and manifold including all the piping. (the piping was custom made for a B-series honda civic) It basically bolted right up to my car. Very lil adjustments were made. Then i installed my Walbro 341, boost controller, blow-off valve, 38 mm tial wastegate, My Big a** intercooler, and oil lines. I will make this site a lil better in a couple weeks when i get better pictures. ;) Although i will post a few of what it looked like.
Any ways im calling this guy out and i hope he accepts the challenge considering he thinks my car is a waste and doesnt belong out there. I will call him out this Sunday in B'more at the Pepboys. All who read this attend. I can use the support. The guy was driving a s-2000. His car is nice but he needs to learn to show respect especially when he doesnt know who i am or what i have on the car.
