Thanx for checking my site. I am new to this and feed back would be welcome Build Date: Jan 10/06-Delivered Feb 1/06. Well what can we all say...I fell in love with this car from the first commercial. Placed an offer to purchase back on June 8/05 but decided to wait for the 06' model with the 18" polished wheels. my goal with this car is simple. Keep it NATURALLY ASPIRATED and make it as quick as possible . I will list the mods in order that they were done and their results. not many appearance mods for me, I love the car's looks just the way the FORD engineers designed it. First of all Legend Lime was the only color for me and now I am glad for that as it is discontinued and was the shortest run color for 06'. This car was ordered at advantage Ford in Calgary, Alberta.

next,Steeda shifter-$290-2 HR install, not to hard but you will have to drop the front of the drive shaft. I noticed that the stock shifter was rubbery after shifting. A no no for racing. This shifter feels great and I shift as hard as I can!

next, Steeda underdrive pulley's -$260 Over an hour install. The bottom pulley is a pain,but it's worth it. no pics next, best mod yet. Western Motor Sports Cold air intake. I bought this 3 months before I had the car. $450 for the complete system. The best route for air to get to the engine is a straight line. Check the website and then read the article in Oct 06' issue of MUSTANGS AND FAST FORDS. Istall took 2 1/2-3hrs. The instructions say you have to drain the coolant,but I just used a turkey bayster and sucked the coolant out of the recovery take to move it. No mess that way.

next, Diablo tuner $400 and a Trip to the Dyno shop $300 for a custom tune. Results are 280 RWHP-350 Flywheel. Make sure and get it done on a Mustang dyno ( just the name ) as it simulates conditions under a load and give's a true rating. Mathew Puzey in Calgary is a Mustang Freak and really knows his stuff. off to the race track. Can you believe 42 years old and a virgin at something. Well ran a best of 13.85 at 101.08- Can do 2 tenths better with more practice. Street tires racing at 3500 feet above sea level.
last mod as of Sept 18- 4:10 gears$400-plus $450 to install. Recalibrated for Speedo. WOW what a difference
