My name is Kyle and this is my 1997 Eagle Talon Esi. I paid $3,200 and the car came with a new fender, short shifter, full pacesetter catback exhaust, and a short ram intake. The car also came with remote start, keyless entry, and a loud security system. It has now been about a year so my car looks completely different now. I swapped the Pacesetter exhaust with a full DC Sports header back exhaust. Also I replaced the short ram with a full AEM Cold Air Intake. I have replaced the Talon front bumper with a Eclipse 2gb front end, and changed the stock Talon headlights to Black Halo Angel Eye Projectors. I added two JL Audio 12" W3's but they were so loud and annoying after a while I removed them. Now all I have for audio is a aftermarket deck with Pioneer front speakers and Dual LED rear speakers. I did have Streetglow floor neons but had to remove them due to a recent ticket I recieved. In July of 07 I unfortunately spun a rod bearing and then threw a rod. So since college was starting soon and I didn't have time to find another DSM I had my 420a fully rebuilt. The thing runs like shit now and sounds like something is grinding after I start it from being cold and let it sit for a couple of minutes. The noise finally goes away when the car is warmed up. If anyone has any ideas of why it is doing this please email me or sign my guestbook thanks. Check back soon for many more updates.
