Me and the '69 at Summer's Last Blast cruise in Vernon, TX. Summer of 2006.

The old '69 again....

I was the third owner and have now since sold the truck to another PROUD new 4th owner. I had added all billet interior pieces to the tan interior, a newly re-covered 1993 chevy silverado bench seat with fold out armrest, new dash pad, carpet, matching material headliner, 1972 door panels, a rear welded in roll pan, new 2"-4" coil spring drop, new adjustable pan-hard bar, recently installed 700R4 tranny, rebuilt 3.73 non-locking rear diff, old 305 cid engine with 130K, recently TX legally tinted windows, new 1972 style front grill & chrome bumper, and new front billet grill insert. The truck was 99.5% rust free. There was a new left cab corner and both new rocker panels installed. 1987 chevy truck factory repainted rally wheels, new 275/60R15 radial tires, it's non-a/c truck. I had added factory 1971 disc brakes, power brakes, power steering, I had her updated to 5 lugs at all corners, and I a new 1-piece drive shaft rebalanced. The '69 rode and ran rather well. I had primered her in red with black SS stripes (kinda cool looking), and she had a new 2nd generation replacement tailgate on the bed. I had added a factory am/fm radio to this truck and bought the new dual dash speaker kit, and I also had the new style kick panels with the molded speakers. I also had the factory tach and vaccum gauges cluster added to this truck. I had just recently installed a recovered O.E. style headliner (which matched my 1993 bench seat)and installed a NEW left door window regulator....
