Old Car: 1999 Honda Accord EX Coupe
New Car: 2006 Subaru Impreza STi
Introduction
The STi is by far the most fun daily car that I have owned or driven. The STi handles superbly and has enough power to make any mundane commute enjoyable. I bought this car back in July 2006 and have been slowly modifying it to make this car a semi-comfortable daily driver that is capable of handling light track duties.
So far, I have taken my car to Gymkana USA, Speed Ventures, and Redline track days. I ran a 1:30.5XX at the Streets of Willow in Rosamond on OEM street tires and on pre-protuned Cobb Accessport Stage 2. Hopefully, I could get the car into the high 1:20's as I continue to hone my driving skills.
