I bought this car in May of 2002. I paid $950 for it. I bought it from an old lady who is 102 years old. The car originally had 78,400 miles on it. For being 30 yrs. old, I thought that was pretty good. The interior is in almost perfect condition except for the front floor mats. The back window has a leak in it so the back dash is warped and raggly looking.
The only engine work I have done so far is replacing the distributor cap and spark plug wires and replaced the point set, set the timing etc.
I plan to repaint it the same color of gold and put two white stripes down the middle. Everything was original when I got it so I plan to keep it.
This isn't my car but it has the same body style.
