I got this Regal back in February from a guy who lives only a couple minutes away from me. It doesn't look it, but it really was just a one owner car! He parked it up with the intention of working on it, but that never happened. Unfortunately, it was parked up outdoors for 11 years, so the rust took care of any chance of it getting back on the road. So I've now got a bundle of bits and I even made a bit of money from selling the running shell and a few bits and pieces that I had no room for.
