I started off with a stock standard 1991 Mercedes 190E 2.3L. I purchased the car about 5 years ago, like so
Last year after replacing the gearbox, I decided the car needed a bit of a make over.
Not sure why the box blew???
I sanded the car back, shaved the aerial and made it straight. Then I primed the whole car and shot 3 coats of 2 pac Jet Black followed by 3 coats of clear. At the same time I smoked my front corners and rear tail lights, also I fitted some King springs superlow springs.
Next it needed some wheels. I purchased a set of new 17 x 8" rims and tyres.
I have since replaced the smoked corners with clears and have removed the smoked tail lights (the law didn't like them). I have also tinted the windows with 35%
I have just fitted a custom made 2 1/2" exhaust with hidden tail pipe as fitted factory.
Next to come is some red tail lights, a custom made turbo kit featuring a Garrett T26, turbo link and external wastegate.
I have future plans to shave the doors and boot.
