This is our 1989 Merkur Scorpio, here it is at the Forver Fords car show in Hillsboro, OR in June of 2006.

Currently the car has been damaged by an errant driver. It was sitting minding it's own business in a parking lot and someone trying to park hit it with a '83 Crown Victoria.
Not too much damage, but the insurance company is giving me fits. Currenly its undrivable due to tire/body clearance issues. 
This Scorpio, like most is fully loaded. Really about the only option it doesn't have is heated seats. And unlike many Merkurs' all the electronics work properly. It only has (as of the accident) 108,145 miles. And it's a 5-speed manual transmission car, something that is very, very rare today as there were only a few manual transmission Scorpios ever imported.
