Coming along quite fine. I think it's great that you're making small modifications to the car for the sake of better fuel mileage. That car doesn't get old. I still love it. Maybe now that Fiat owns part of Chrysler some of their products will be coming state-side. I'd like to see the Fiat 500 personally. Anyway, keep it up!

How's the car's performance by the way? What kind of engine does it have? Do you find the handling satisfactory?

It's possible that I might change the interior color, depending on how the interior holds up over the years. If it never needs it I don't plan on changing it. But if I do the purpose would be for a more spacious appearance, the fact that I like tan leather and it won't get as hot, living in the southeastern United States, it would be more convenient, plus this car will probably never be returned to completely original again. The engine is actually a 2.8 Litre Peugeot/Renault/Volvo engineered V6. They're more common in Europe of course, you'll see them in Citroens and Alpines aside from the engine's makers. It only makes 130bhp in North American trim, in Europe they make around 160-170, just like an Alpine. No plans for the engine though unless I can come up with the funds to turbocharge it or import an engine from Europe. I don't see that happening for quite some time. Thanks for your interest and sorry this was so long. :D

Fantastic car, I wish these would have come to the US, as well as plenty of other cars Europe doesn't sell here.
