CHECK OUT MY DADS CAR
7/21 we lowered the front finally. Just cut of one coil and dropped it a good 2 1/2-3 inches.
got the back glass & windshield in
6/12 got my carpet in, doorpanels, seats, headliner, all interior. will post pics later. just need to lower the front and get my windshield. also need my traction bars.
4/30 Some new pics
another picture of the Camaro.
UPDATE 4/9/07 CAR IS PAINTED! actually like 3 weeks ago.
I have both door windows in, both vent windows, door handles, lock cylinders, weather stripping, all 4 side marker lights, and the front grill assembly. All I need now is the fender eyebrow moldings, but they're on back order. We also put in both tail lights.
this is when I first^
got it home
that looks awesome^
we took the grill and masked the top part off, then painted it black. we then sanded the paint off the ribs, then we polished them using mothers wheel polish. Now it looks like a custom billet grill.
1/25-I got some pics of my car getting painted, it's still in primer but all the door jambs and everything else is cut in, ready for paint.
12/26-got some goods for my car, summit roller rockers, new headliner, window run channels(the fuzzy stuff), new tail lights right & left, and new sunvisors.
-nason paint bc/cc Cortez Silver 1 gal.
-3 gal. of clear (activator/reducer/etc)
-headlight bezels
-new bumpers
-racing seat belts, they were just laying around so I thought,
what the heck?
UPDATE 10/26 My bezels came in and also my bumpers but I didnt have time to take pics of them.
Heres a pic with my wheel on.
heres a whole crate full of new stuff. All the trim peices, etc.
UPDATE 10/8 all primed and ready to go
lookin good
UPDATE 10/1 The almost finished product
UPDATE 9/28 that tail panel just didnt match up.
so we're going to install GOODmark!
this is the back end, we replaced a big portion of the tail panel, and we just finished the quarter panel. the deck lid didnt need any body work so I just primed it.
we replaced the floorpans(just 4 small sections)and covered it por 15 so it will never ever rust again. And you also can see my B&M Pro Stick with a polished cover. The tranny is a 350 turbo w/ kit.
this is the new dash pad, (sorry about the camera lens) painted the dash part. The dash bezel was bought off of ebay as new old stock. my gauges are Autogage by Auto Meter.
these are my doors, I did body work on both and primed both. we took them off so we can get ready to spray primer on the car.(doorjambs, etc)
These are the front runners, My Cragar Street Stars. I also have 4 brand new center caps to go w/them.
And these are the meats. I picked up all 4 wheels at a swapmeet for $200.
This is the tread pattern, the tires are lemans.
