DO YOU BUY PARTS AND ARE TOLD THEY WILL FIT AND NEVER DO? DO YOU GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY OR SHIT FROM YOUR PARTNER? WITH ALL THE SWEARING AND THROWING TOOLS THAT COMES ALONG WITH DOING OUR WORK IT IS HARD TO FIND TIME AND STAY MOTIVATED. IF YOUR RIDE IS HOME BUILT AND WORK WAS DONE IN YOUR OWN GARAGE THEN JOIN THE "MOTORVATION GROUP"
This wagon is my new project. It is an American 210 Beauville 9 passenger station wagon.
It has original paint for now but I plan to restore it from the ground up over the next couple of years. I'm planning to paint this car the same as my old "Hooptie" seen on Pg 2.
I lowered the car and I shortened the stock rear end 2" to fit the wire wheels.
I replaced the motor with a rebuilt 350 and a 400 turbo transmission.
These are pictures of when I first saw the '57. I happened to be looking at a '67 Impaia in this feild to trade for my '63 Impala. And there she was.

This is what I'm working on over the winter. HydroBoost from a GMC Truck, Power Steering, GMC Van Tilt Column, Drop Spindles & Disc Brake Conversion.
New parts came in, time to get busy...
With a lot of time and money my 14x7 reverse offset wheels finally fit. When I installed the spindles they moved my wheels out so the tires would have hit the fenders. So I had to spend some more money to buy 1 1/2" narrowed control arms. Now I have tons of room to fit my rims and lower the car to the ground.
New custom 10 bolt rear end

This is my little Grease Monkey. She likes to help me work on cars...what a little gear-head!
