First time at the dyno with the car untuned
I took my car for the first time too the dyno, got the video camera and all. Expected power was close to 170 max since the car is not tuned, the catback is just 2.25", injectors are 290cc, turbine hot side fins are a little bent. Booost is nothing over 5 by gauge and spring.
My first pull 179.7whp and 166wt with the car cold. OMG! I got so excited that forgot about video and camera (sorry next time I will post the video and it will be soon).
So second pull 189, third pull 198 , fourth pull 201.3 and the fifth pull 204.92 whp and 185.65wt.
So 204.92whp with 185.65wt untuned running lean (A/F was 14.47 very close to detonation) at only 6.260k RPM. The Dyno was a dynojet capable to handle all wheel drive cars. No adjustments were made to the car just the common rise in temperature to normal while the car was making the pulls.
There is a little detail on my engine that everyone should know, it's a 120k+ miles virgin engine and compression is between 220 and 210.
Soon a microtech or electromotive will be installed....
