Custom Turbo Exhaust Header
To increase the exhaust flow to match the intake, I am enlarging the exhaust port size from 1.35" to 1.5"
I used Rhino 3D to draw up these manifold plates and machined them from 3/8" steel.
I used a 1.5" drill to predrill the port for better port alighment.
I've rough ported the right side in this picture.
