I have posted some basic info about my custom parts and mods
If I've left out some thing you need for your own Ranger project let me know and I'll try to post it.

These are photos of my custom ram air, I found the basic plains on TRS and kind of ran with it.

Keep in mind this works on my truck because I have a 3" body lift and If your truck isn't lifted the pipe will not fit between the frame and the core support, I've not checked it out but you my be able to drill a hole threw the core support with a hole saw.
The ram air is made of parts from LOWES starting with a length of 3" SD 35 PVC pipe 4 PVC elbows and a gutter down spout.

Don't forget to put some kind of mesh or screen over the inlet to keep any unwanted road objects out like birds, rocks, bugs and snow if you live up north like i do.
I used some gutter guard mesh i found at LOWES its cheap and looks good.

After removing the gage cluster if your careful you can remove the clear plastic cover with a small flat screw driver a stiff blade or i used my pocket knife but not to cut to pry it apart SLOWLY so not to brake it.

This is not water proof water can run between the sides of the cover and the bed its only purpose other than for its great look is to keep the rain/snow off my tools and improve gas mileage.
If anyone makes one or has a Q. send me an E-Mail

(NOT WATER PROOF)
Here are some photos of my home made bed cover,
This project cost me 30$ at LOWES not including the rubber canvas, that was free.
1.Liqud nails(every joint)
2.(3) 2x3x10 "STRAIT" wood
3.(2) 1x1x10 "STRAIT" wood
4.(2) Gate latches
5. 4" deck screws(drill pilot holes or the wood WILL split
6.(4) 3/8x6Bolts and 8 nuts/washers
7. rubber canvas / vinyl

Just a tip measure the bed side to side and subtract1/4 from that, do the same long ways too if you don't the cover will fit to tight and the cover will not open and the tailgate will not close.
