The 302 Ranger is peppy but mine has a used engine with some miles so probably not as peppy as it could be. My rear end is stock but it has 4.56 gears so i think that helps it be snappy if you have any questions let me know I know a guy who built a couple of them so jus let me know

how's it going, i dont know about anyone else but i like fast i see you emailed me about those mounts i used advance adapters p/n 713015 there phone is 1-800-350-2223. i think that there kit is better than most i like the mounts becuase they are not solid they have rubber cush'n so if you got a built engine it will not shake you to death and rip the frame up. i think they could have been design alittle better but have put me at 8.9 seconds in the 1/8 with a factory engine with nos. plus there instruction manual is a good place to get info all so try L&L product WWW.landlproducts.com they got some awsome headers and kits to swap engines in a ranger. if you email me put ranger in the subject line or it will get deleted a spam. My ranger is up for sale. later
