Sept 2006
This is my 1994 Beretta Z26, not many of these cars left in good shape. Only 896 of them were built.
This is what it looked like when I picked it up in Richmond BC. In really good shape because its never seen snow. But still in need of some Major TLC.
Ugly smashed out foglights
The body is in awesome shape but it will need some paint soon.
I've only had it for a few weeks but replaced the fog lights to stock, fixed the rear wing brake light, added a new Clarion Mp3 deck, and basically detailed the entire interior of the car.
170hp and 150ft/lbs not bad for a little four cyl.
Its got 212,000 kms on the Car and it runs awesome! I drove it home over 700 miles in one night back to Grande Prairie and I was really happy with the car. I'm sure it will need a rebuild in a couple years but till then I can work on the rest of it.
I've got lots of work to do on my Second Beretta, Rims, new Carpet, new Gauges, and a new wheel & shifter are on the way.
UPDATE! Dec 2006
The Beretta is now garaged for the winter so I started working the Engine and Interior
First all the old stuff had to come out. The A/C system had a Leak somewhere so I decided not so save it and instead saved about Thirty pounds of weight, Bye Bye! I also ditched the heavy/ugly Airbag wheel for an Isotta. Also the Labrynth GM called an intake had to go and I put in a Bomz Short intake. You should hear the diffrence it makes, Throttle response went up some as well.
In the Garage after all the new toys were installed. The Rad was absolutely mint under the A/C condenser.
The A/C delete pulley from Mathieu at MRZ Performance. What you cant see in this Pic is the Bomz lightweight Aluminum crank pulley, it really helps the car accelerate faster.
Speed Hut sent me new reverse glow gauges and heater panel. Mathieu at MRZ Performance custom makes these sweet poilished aluminum control knobs and the Aluminum Head unit mounting frame. MRZ does high Quality work.
I just finished installing brand new carpet for the Beretta, It was the most work I've done on the car yet. The end result was awesome!
The old carpet in the car was perma-stained so it had to go
I ripped out all the old stuff which weighed about 55lbs and replaced it with new stuff from Carpet4Cars.com. its lightweight but its still molded to fit in the Car and the same carpet material is used.
Rust was starting behind the driver seat so I sanded it all down in the back and fiberglassed the entire rear floor area. I also chucked the rubber insulating mats in the front, Dynamat will be ging in there soon. Thats my dog OZZY! The smartest dog I've ever known its like having a four legged Kid!
Heres the new Carpet going in, it doesnt fit perfectly but looks WAY! better. I'm really happy with the install.
Had it outside to take some pictures and clean my garage then it back to hibernating.
Next project for the Beretta, move the Sub into the Spare Tire well. I'm just getting started on this but I'll post as I go. Right now I have just made room for the install.

I ordered a brand new Kawasaki ZZR600 it should be here in the beggining of April, cant wait. Since my Truck is a write off I've been driving the Beretta every day I'll be able to park it and do some more work.
