With the exception of some minor body work, I've done all the work - with the help of friends - myself. It's been a great truck since I bought it new in 1998. At almost 9 years and the odometer reads under 79k miles. Still running good!

Most noteworthy not-so-good stuff
Ball joints - stock or non-stock, repeatedly worn too fast
Steering box - stock, replaced at 65000 miles
Intake manifold leak - stock, very minor coolant loss
Clutch - stock, flywheel glazed/noisy at only 70k [not abused]
Front and rear engine seals - leaking slightly at only 70k

Most noteworthy good stuff
Over 58000 miles on first set of Goodrich T/A KO's - like them enough to put a second set on
Averaging 14MPG w/manifolds - 15.5MPG w/headers
Rear springs - lift kit adds extra leaf and increases carrying capacity by about 350#

Other stuff
Body lift - definitely need extra supports under bed [any significant load will warp it]
Front shock bushings - stock, worn too fast [use Ram bushings instead of Dak' bushings on top of front shocks]
Tires - contribute about a 7% error on the speedometer and odometer and, since they were put on at about 5000 miles, means I probably actually have about 86000 miles

5.2L V8 - stock
Club Cab, 4WD (part-time)

33x12.5 Goodrich tires
5.5" Tuff Country suspension lift
3" Body lift
1 5/8" -> 3" Edelbrock headers
(cannot remember brand) Brush guard
Lund tubular step bars
Headlight covers

Not pictured
Fiberglass topper

Yes, I know it looks like it's on rollerskates - but I like the ride I get from these tires!

Coming soon..

hey i got a suggestion for you...i noticed on your headlight blackouts it still had the "GTO" emblems on them. if you don't want those, nail polish remover will take them right off with out damaging the covers.
