ENGINE: STAINLESS RADIATOR COVER
************************************************************************************************************************

There are 4 plastic retaining screws to remove to pull off the stock radiator cover...
Here is what they look like.

Locked~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Unlocked

Here are the 4 areas they are located...

Removed...

Now you have to remove the 2 radiator supports on either side at the top to be replaced with ones in the kit...
Remove the bolts...

When you go to remove the bracket you will notice a locating tab...

The other end has a rubber bushing and fits over a piece on the radiator...

You just gently lift, twist, and rotate and the piece will slide off.

Now came the radiator reservoir. There are nuts on each side.

Just lift the reservoir and move it back out of the way.

Also notice the bolt that was removed from the body color bracket in front of radiator reservoir.

Now its time for the new parts...
The new radiator brakets. You get the bracket and add an O-ring to the hole to protect the support.

You squish the O-ring and push it into the hole working it around.

The other side...

Installing...
Just slide the o-ring over the support. The staight one goes on the passenger side and the one thats angled on the drivers side...
Passenger side~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Drivers

There are 2 thick washers and 2 thin washers...

The thick ones go on the radiator brackets...

The thin on the reservoir bolts...

Now its time for the cover...
I left the protective coer on the stainless to minimize and potential damage. You slip the front of the cover under the brackets for the grill. There are "u" shape cut outs.

I have and aftermarket grill so it will look different them those who have stock...

You gently work the cover down and under till it sits flat.

There are "u" Shape cut outs for the radiator reservoir bolts. Remember the washer sitting under there.

You need to peel the covering away from the edges where the reservoir will attach before you install it.

Holes for the radiator bracket...

Nice stainless washer and bolt to replace the old nasty one...

Just be sure to line up the hole in radiator cover, the thick washer, the radiator bracket, and finally the factory hole. Again peeling away the covering from the area the bolt goes.

Installing the bolt and lining it all up.

The hood pin mount and sqaure hole with the covering peel out of the way.

It just snaps in...

Now finally installed. Just remove the plastic cover and clean with windex.
