Well this is our 1977 Ford LTD that we built for a demolition derby in Rimbey, Alberta. It was free due to the fact that it sat in a farmers field for 11 years. That didn't stop it from starting right up with only a new battery and some gas in the carb. We were lucky enough for it to have a 400 ci V8 under the hood which is still running stong even after the beating it took. Here it is, or was...
In the beginning... The motor had three bullet holes in the valve covers and other areas. We patched them up with silicone and it was good to go.
Waiting for the events to start.
After heat 1.
Lined up for heat 2.
After heat 2. (1st place)
After heat 3.
The pit crew.
