But anyhoo, this beast can be summed up with the description of a Russian Hummer on steroids.

Power for the standard-issue Kombat comes straight from a 253 horse, 5.7 liter GMC Suburban Vortec V8, with a four-speed automatic gearbox and GM power-steering unit.

From what I've been able to find the price ranges from $130,000 - 180,000 Canadian, depending on armor level and model (sedan or wagon)
availible in 3 armor levels:

"Pro Level" T-98 will protect the inhabitants from an Uzi, and will not be seriously damaged by a straight-on collision with a heavy truck or a lamppost.

"Hi.Pro" will stand up to an AK-47 or NATO G3 rifle loaded with thermoprocessed bullets.

"Hi.Pro.S." A T-98 Combat in Hi.Pro.S trim can take a hit from an RPG-7 anti-tank weapon and keep on rolling.

When you have windows that weigh over 200 pounds and are as thick as a pack of Marlbaros you can take a couple shots.
