She is one of 288 Canadian made GTO Judge's made in Oshawa Ontario, and Built in December 1969 as there was a large calling for them to be built and Pontiac got the Oshawa Ontario plant to punch some out for them. It is the first year they made the GTO in Canada, and only built 442 of them in total. There is one interesting thing about the Canadian ones and as most know in the vin where the "P" etc ... should be there is a "1" showing it was from the Oshawa Ontario Canada plant. But also these Judges can be easily identified by the "WT1" option stamped on all of the cowl plates. One of 1003 hardtop Judges with automatic. The Ram Air III Engine was rebuilt by myself with the help of a machinist friend, It is 30 over, with TRW Forged Pistons, Rhodes lifters, The cam is a special grind that my machinist came up with and had ground for me. I cc'd the heads, all surfaces have been resurfaced, gasket matched the heads, exhaust, intake manifold. The heads are ported by myself and I could not total the loving hours I have put into the #12 heads. Rods shot peened, Crank 10 - 20, polished chamfered, all flashing in the valley was diegrinded and deburred to a smooth finish so the oil would flow better and the whole assembly was balanced. This Goat is all original other than I have changed the rear from a 3:90.1 to a 3:55.1, and I am using a HEI ignition. Options are tinted glass, light option with the rear trunk release, Ralley gauge cluster. AM radio with rear speaker option, 8 track, M40 transmission, YZ Ram Air III Engine(Standard on the Judge). I started the restoration in 1992 and finished it in 1997 and I am still working on her. Does not like a trailer, snow or sleet.. but will never stop once in the direction pointed.
