Nicknamed "The EuroWagon"
200,000 miles on original motor and trans.
2.8L MPFI V6 w/3spd auto

Bought a few months ago on eBay for a ridiculously low price.

Runs and Drives awesome.

Just has a complextion problem.

What we have slated for the new creature in our corral:

Fix paint imperfections.
Give overall 3" supspension lift.
Mount (4) Bridgestone Deuler A/T's for that "preRunner" look.
Replace tired : exhaust, struts, shocks, brakes, and the usual parts.

Under Construction:

2 3/4" front strut spacers added.
2 3/4" rear coil spring spacers added
1 1/2" engine cradle spacers added.

After the above was added, you end up with this:

The spacing of the cradle helps put the alignment range back to a usable location AND lessens the driveaxle angle.
From the top, it appears NOTHING was done.

The only tell-tale signs in the engine compartment that anything was done is the big gaping hole at the top of the strut tower.

But on the outside there is a very noticable change.

Nice job on the lift Mike!!You did the opposite of my Celeb;cutting the springs!! Do some rear wheel spacer like I did, you'll like the rear wide stance, and check the custom lift I did on my Sidekick!

That exterior spare tire, a brush guard up front (think S-10 Blazer, should be the same width) and it'll be tight!
