satty12's 1995 Saturn SL-Series

I bought this car for 700 hundred with rebuilt engine and tranny, the body kit was falling off the car held on by zip ties and the paint was peeling off in larg sections. I fixed up the body kit and went with a cherry red paint with red and gold flake mixed in
The kid i bought the car from originaly bought it for his wife had upwards of 10 grand with work includin rebuilds and performance cross drilled rotars, suspention, and exhuast system. Unfortunatly for him his wife went back to Brazil and since I had helped him out he gave me the car for a steal.
I went and also installed my system from my old Saturn Sl2 and with the heavier trunk lid over the old car there is little rattle from the 2 12 inch subs, still going to dynamat the trunk.

12 inch Jensen subs these hit hard and accurate for old subs.

Kenwood 6 3/4 inch speakers in the doors, real nice sound highs and mids are great.

satty12's 1995 Saturn SL-Series Custom mounted sony 6 by 9 speakers also sound great, all the speakers have bass blockers on them at 400hz and the subs play from 400hz and below giving a great blend between the subs and speakers.

820 Watt SPL amp is amazing when brigded with 2 subs, there is no muddy or distorted bass from the subs its currently set a 460 watts with a 1 farad cap

Thanks for the comment. Sweet ride. That sucks about the damage. I had my front bumper redone last spring and right before I put it up for the winter my bumper cracked again. Damn fiberglass. Love the system. I used to have those subs. Keep up the good work.

yeah... it sucks but it makes room for some creativity and improvement. i see that you have the same bodykit that i do, i ahve not installed it yet but i notice that you might have to remove the bumper to fit it. is it true?by the way 5 starts to you my friend!!

That sucks about the damage man. Yea, that fiberglass isn't ment to take a rapid beating. But I love the motor mods, way more then mine, which I plan to do more once i get all the body work done. Thanks too for the SOTW nomination. 5 star rating for the motor alone.
