My Thoughts
Personally I think the person who owned this car before me could have kept the carpet/interior a bit more clean. I lifted the floormats(which aren't even the stock mats) and there was quite of a bit of fluids (oil/brake fluid). There was a clutch master leak on the boot of the shaft your pedal is connected to.(FIXED now though).
