2004 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0L SOHC Turbocharged and Intercooled Home Built in my Garage

He re are some interior pic's, I'm running a Emanage for fuel control. in the center console is the boost gauge, apexi turbo timer, Greddy profec boost controller. On the left pillar are an Air/Fuel autometer gauge connected to an innovate wideband 02 controler, and an autometer oil pressure gauge.

The car has been turbocharged for three years now and I drive it almost everyday to work boosting about 5-7 psi on the factory 9.3:1 compression ratio . Heat is an issue so I run cooler plugs, have a 11" oil cooler and a cooling blower under the turbo that pulls heat out of the engine bay (it's a nascar brake cooler blower, works well though)
All the following mods were done by me in my garage with no help from "Tuning shops" or other companies. I put in all the wrench time over the last 5 years to get this car where I want it, with hard earned cash and sleepless nights and sometimes parts bought twice.

Above you can see the MSD Tach Adapter and Greddy profec boost controler solinoid, and a nice close-up of the installed srt-4 turbo (from mitsubishi).

Above you can see how the turbo bolts onto the SOHC motor with an Adaptor plate i bought on Neons.org from Mattdog. I didnt end up using the nice valve cover you see there since the color didin't quite look right to mach the car and the PCV valve setup is different (off a 1gn).

Here are some nice pics of the Custom exhaust. I cut the bumper outlet holes myself and did all the welding and fabrication to make it fit nice and tight.
The 17" BBS ASA wheels and kuhmo AST tires.
Here are the vortex generators from Air-Tab They look sweet and were a nice inexpensive visual upgrade.
