Here are some pics of a parts car I stripped down before sending it off to the crusher.
Wait.. dont get to huffy for what I did .
I called this wreck the " Snake Monte " . It was in someones backyard field for years. The car had its own ecosystem of mice, snakes, and insects through out the car. The trunk stunk mouse piss sooooo bad. Snake skin sheddings were all over the engine. A tree sapling had grown through behind the passenger side firewall exiting at the base of the windshield!
I saw 4 snakes, one 24" slithered beside my hand while I was pulling a part under the hood !
...this car gave me the heebie jeebies a few times.
The only prestine part was the hood ornament which is on the car now
And the last series of pics are of my bro and I heading off to our annual fishing trip ( 27 yrs and counting ) used the monte to get there every year since I bought it. It has a class 3 trailer hitch, electric brake system and wiring for trailer tail lights.
Here we are at the hunt camp before heading up the river ( 10 km's & 4 portages later ) we meet the plane( Parry Sound Airways ) we hired to carry the gear, mostly the heavy stuff like coolers/beer, tents, ice/beer, tackle, food and ...
Oh ya .. forgot this is CAR domain.
This is after the fishing trip. I met a new friend. Monte is in the backgound.
Thanks again for checking out my car.
Hope you like it as much as I , and ask you take a sec to vote, comment, respond to my question in the pole I posted.
